Online Solutions fully respects your desire to protect personal information. This page describes you what sort of information you may send to us, and in what situations.

Any personal information you provide to us is carefully treated with the appropriate standards of security and confidentiality. Any personal information you provide to us will not be used by us for personal purposes and not be analyzed, as well as not be transferred to third parties without your consent.

CESAM Anti-Malware Online Malware Scanner

The Online Malware Scanner is one of the CESAM Anti-Malware services. It allows to submit your startup files for analysis and to check your computer for malicious software.

The information what is sent to us while using Online Malware Scanner might contain the following: file names, file paths, cryptographic hash, publisher, size and date stamps. You can see everything that is send in the CESAM Online Scanner window.

If you choose to submit the file body, its sample can be analysed by automatic heuristic analyser and our security analysts to detect malicious code.

CESAM Startup Files Database

In order to help the users with analyzing their startup files without using CESAM Anti-Malware Online Scanner, we created a public Startup Files Database. So, part of the information what is send to us automatically is anonymised and collected.

The information what is collected is file name, location, publisher, size, startup key or its other starup information.

File location might occasionally contain personal information, such as your account user name or your custom folder name, if the starup file is created in it (for example, "C:\AngieFiles\Program.exe"). But, when these kind of data come to our public startup database, we automatically replace it with the standart Windows paths or with the symbol ** PRIVATE **. We watch carefully for this, but, nevertheless, in rare cases automatic replacement is not possible (an example with a custom folder). If you find any data that looks like a personal information, please contact us and let us know. We will immediately add these data for the automatic replacement, and the next time you will update the website, these data will be replaced with standard templates or with the symbol ** PRIVATE **.
